Western blot analysis using the Aviva antibody directed against SKI8. Western blot was performed on nuclear extract from HeLa cells (lane 1), Drosophila adult whole cell extracts (lane 2), and the purified human PAF complex (lane 3) (Figure 1.A) or on nuclear extracts from HeLa cells (HeLa NE, 20 ug) (Figure 1.B), using the Aviva antibody against SKI8 diluted 1:1,000.
