Aviva aims to provide the highest quality reagents that have undergone thorough testing to ensure they work for our customers and their research. If you experience an issue with one of our products, we want to help. Please contact our Technical Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and they will be happy to assist with troubleshooting and can provide a product replacement or refund for products that do not perform as stated on the datasheet.
Terms and Conditions
- The Aviva Satisfaction Guarantee offers product replacements or refunds for products that do not perform as stated on the datasheet.
- The Aviva Satisfaction Guarantee applies to applications & species that have been directly tested and validated by Aviva.
- The use of Aviva products in applications and species as reported in scientific publications or in customer reviews is not covered by this guarantee.
- Some products have “Predicted Species” noted on their datasheets. This information is for reference use only and is not guaranteed as the product has not been tested or validated in those predicted species.
- The Aviva Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all products within 12 months of receipt of product.
Orders received Monday through Fridays before 10 am PST (GMT -8) are shipped the same day. Orders received after this time are shipped the next business day.
- In order to process your order a Purchase Order number or credit card information has to be provided.
- Domestic orders are shipped for next day delivery. International orders sometimes take between 3 to 5 business days for delivery.
- Some of our products are shipped on wet or dry ice to maintain their quality during transit.

Order Cancellation Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled without the approval of Aviva Systems Biology. Submit all cancellation requests to email@example.com for review and confirmation of cancellation.
For catalog products, there is a 30% cancellation fee for any order cancelled after the order is processed, which begins immediately upon order submission. When cancelling an order, the Aviva customer service team will confirm the cancellation charges with you.
For semi-custom products (such as Protein on Demand™ Proteins), these are made to order and once manufacture of the product has begun all cancellations are charged the full value of the order. When requesting cancellation of a semi-custom product, the Aviva customer service team will confirm the cancellation charge with you.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipment has posted and shipment confirmation is sent. If you wish to return your product, a 30% restocking fee will be charged for unopened items that are returned. Please contact Customer Service to process a return.
