  Product Introduction: NME3-a potential suppressor of metastasis, is expressed significantly less in highly metastatic cells than in cells with lower metastatic potential. NME3-a is vital for the synthesis of nucleoside triphosphates and has a part in apoptosis induction and hematopoiesis and is mainly expressed during early stages of myeloid differentiation of highly purified CD34+ cells.
  Product Description: NME3 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 169 amino acids (22-169.a.a) and having a molecular mass of 19.1kDa. NME3 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
• Reconstitution and Storage: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
• Formulation: The NME3 protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in 20 mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1M NaCl, 2mM DTT and 50% glycerol.
