Immunoprecipitation of CHD4 protein from 293T whole cell extracts using 5 ug of CHD4 antibody (OAGA01661).
Western blot analysis was performed using CHD4 antibody (OAGA01661).
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
