ANSA E.coli Protein (OOPA00130)

Datasheets/ManualsPrintable datasheet for OOPA00130
Product Info
Predicted Species ReactivityEscherichia coli
Product FormatSterile Filtered colorless solution.
HostEscherichia Coli.
::Product Introduction: AnsA is a cytoplasmic asparaginase from E.coli involved in intracellular asparagine utilization. E.coli has 2 L-asparaginases: the cytoplasmic type I form (ansA) and the periplasmic type II form (ansB). AnsA (Type L asparaginase) is constitutively expressed and is obligatory for the growth of the bacteria on asparagine as the sole nitrogen source.
Product Description: ANSA produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 358 amino acids (1-338 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 39.3kDa. ANSA is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Reconstitution and StorageANSA should be stored desiccated below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
FormulationThe ANSA solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0), 10% glycerol and 2mM DTT.
PurificationGreater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
PurityGreater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
