Western blot analysis of ZBTB7B Antibody (Center) Pab (Cat.# OAAB16689) in mouse brain tissue lysates (35ug/lane). ZBTB7B (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human hepatocarcinoma tissue reacted with ZBTB7B antibody (Center) (Cat.# OAAB16689), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
