Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with 53BP1 antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (50 ug) were separated by 5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with 53BP1 antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

53BP1 antibody detects 53BP1 protein by western blot analysis.

Red: alpha Tubulin, a cytoskeleton marker, stained by alpha Tubulin antibody [GT114] diluted at 1:1000.

• Description of Target: This gene encodes a protein that functions in the DNA double-strand break repair pathway choice, promoting non-homologous end joining (NHEJ) pathways, and limiting homologous recombination.
