Western blot analysis of anti-TBB1 Antibody (Cat. #OAAB06616) in mouse brain tissue, Y79, CEM and 293 lysates (35ug/lane). TBB1 (arrow) was detected using the purified Mab.(1ug/ml)

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human brain reacted with TBB1 Antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.

Confocal immunofluorescent analysis of TBB1 Antibody (Cat#OAAB06616) with HepG2 cell followed by Alexa Fluor® 488-conjugated goat anti-mouse lgG (green). DAPI was used to stain the cell nuclear (blue).
