Description of Target Recombinant Mouse Adiponectin glycosilated, HEK
Reconstitution and Storage Store lyophilized APM-1 at -20C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4C. The lyophilized protein remains stable until the expiry date when stored at -20C.

Additional Information Solubility: Add 0.2 ml of deionized water and let the lyophilized pellet dissolve completely.
Additional Information Biological Activity: Full-length mouse adiponectin activates AMP-activated protein kinase in hepatocyte and activates AMPK in HepG2 human hepatocytes at a concentration of 1 ug/ml.Mouse adiponectin mammalian cell derived inhibits glucose production as shown by in-vitro gluconeogenesis assay in primary rat hepatocytes.
Application Info ELISA, Western Blot, Cell culture and/or animal studies
Additional Information Product Introduction: Adiponectin is an important negative regulator in hematopoiesis and immune systems. It may be involved in ending inflammatory responses through its inhibitory functions. Inhibits endothelial nf-kappa-b signaling through a camp-dependent pathway. Inhibits tnf-alpha- induced expression of endothelial adhesion molecules. Involved in the control of fat metabolism and insulin sensitivity.
Product Description: The Acrp30 Mouse Recombinant is fused with FLAG tag.
