Formulation PSMB9 solution (0.5mg/ml) containing 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 10% glycerol and 50mM NaCl.
Additional Information Product Introduction: Proteasome subunit beta type-9 (PSMB9) belongs to the proteasome B-type family which is a 20S core beta subunit. PSMB9 is positioned in the class II region of the MHC (major histocompatibility complex). Expression of the PSMB9 protein is induced by gamma interferon and this gene product replaces catalytic subunit 1 (proteasome beta 6 subunit) in the immunoproteasome.
Product Description: PSMB9 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 220 amino acids (21-219 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23.5kDa. PSMB9 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Purification Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Gene Symbol PSMB9
