Clonality Polyclonal
Concentration 0.79 mg/ml
Gene Full Name alpha and gamma adaptin binding protein
Alias Symbols p34, KPPP1, PPKP1, PPKP1A
Product Format Liquid
Description of Target The protein encoded by this gene interacts with the gamma-adaptin and alpha-adaptin subunits of complexes involved in clathrin-coated vesicle trafficking. Mutations in this gene are associated with type I punctate palmoplantar keratoderma. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found for this gene.
Reconstitution and Storage Keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and store at -20C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
