• Description of Target: G-protein coupled receptor for 5-hydroxytryptamine (serotonin). Also functions as a receptor for various ergot alkaloid derivatives and psychoactive substances. Beta-arrestin family members inhibit signaling via G proteins and mediate activation of alternative signaling pathways.
