Reconstitution and StorageAll conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
ImmunogenThe immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human RUNX1T1
PurificationAffinity Purified

Gene Full NameRunt-related transcription factor 1; translocated to, 1 (cyclin D-related)
Alias SymbolsCDR, ETO, MTG8, AML1T1, ZMYND2, CBFA2T1, AML1-MTG8
NCBI Gene Id862
Protein NamecDNA, FLJ92968, highly similar to Homo sapiens runt-related transcription factor 1; translocated to, 1 (cyclin D-related) (RUNX1T1), transcript variant 1, mRNA EMBL BAG35486.1
Description of TargetRUNX1T1 is a putative zinc finger transcription factor and oncoprotein. In acute myeloid leukemia, especially in the M2 subtype, the t(8;21)(q22;q22) translocation is one of the most frequent karyotypic abnormalities. The translocation produces a chimeric gene made up of the 5'-region of the RUNX1 gene fused to the 3'-region of this gene. The chimeric protein is thought to associate with the nuclear corepressor/histone deacetylase complex to block hematopoietic differentiation. The protein encoded by this gene is a putative zinc finger transcription factor and oncoprotein. Several transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been found for this gene.
