Please include your detailed WB Procedure/Protocol here: Cells were lysed in a Tris-based buffer or in a Hepes/glycerol IP buffer. The cell lysates was centrifugation at 13,000 g for 5 min, and protein concentrations were determined using Bradford reagent. 50 ug of cell lysate was used for Western blot. Samples were then separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Next, the gel was transferred using Semi-Dry transfer cell (Bio-Rad, Hercules, CA, USA) to BA-S 85 nitrocellulose membrane (OPTITRAN, Middlesex, UK) for 1h with 24V. The proteins were detected with Western Lightning Chemiluminescence reagent plus (Perkin Elmer, Wellesley, MA, USA).
