Reconstitution and StorageAll conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
ImmunogenThe immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human RIPK2
Predicted Homology Based on Immunogen SequenceCow: 85%; Dog: 85%; Guinea Pig: 78%; Horse: 85%; Human: 85%; Mouse: 78%; Rabbit: 84%; Rat: 78%

Description of TargetRIPK2 is a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases. It contains a C-terminal caspase activation and recruitment domain (CARD), and is a component of signaling complexes in both the innate and adaptive immune pathways. It is a potent activator of NF-kappaB and inducer of apoptosis in response to various stimuli. This gene encodes a member of the receptor-interacting protein (RIP) family of serine/threonine protein kinases.
