Mutations in this gene have been shown to cause defects in glycoprotein biosynthesis, which manifests as carbohydrate-deficient glycoprotein syndrome type I. [provided by RefSeq]

Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
