Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with PIWIL4 antibody diluted at 1:500. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody, and the signal was developed with Trident ECL plus-Enhanced.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded 59T xenograft, using PIWIL4 antibody at 1:500 dilution.

Immunofluorescence analysis of paraformaldehyde-fixed MCF-7, using PIWIL4 antibody at 1:200 dilution.
