  Product Introduction: Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 4 (PIN4) is a peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase (PPIase) which interacts with NIMA and is vital for cell cycle regulation. PIN4 has 2 different isoforms: PAR14 and PAR17. Furthermore, Pin4 protein binds to double-stranded DNA under physiological salt conditions.
  Product Description: PIN4 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 176 amino acids (1-156 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 18.8kDa. PIN4 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
• Reconstitution and Storage: Store at 4C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
• Purity: Greater than 85.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
