Application Info:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western Blot: Approx 40kDa band observed in Human Brain lysates and in lysates of cell line A431 (calculated MW of 32.3kDa according to NP_036418.1). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing MORF4L2 a band of approx. 37kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended for use at 1-3ug/ml.
