Datasheets/Manuals | Printable datasheet for anti-MME (OAEC04256-FITC) antibody |
---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer. |
Clonality | Monoclonal |
Clone | 2A1H5E1 |
Isotype | IgG1 |
Host | Mouse |
Conjugation | FITC: Fluorescein Isothiocyanate |
Application | IHC, ELISA |
Reconstitution and Storage | All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding. |

Description of Target | CD10 is a 100kDa glycoprotein, also designated Common Acute Lym phocytic Leukemia Antigen (CALLA). It is a cell surface enzym e with neutral metalloendopeptidase activity which inactivates a variety of biologically active peptides. CD10 is expressed on the cells of lym phoblastic, Burkitt's, and follicular germinal center lym phomas, and on cells from patients with chronic myelocytic leukemia (CML). It is also expres sed on the surface of normal early lym phoid progenitor cells, immature B cells within adult bone marrow and germinal center B cells within lym phoid tissue. CD10 is also present on breast myoepithelial cells, bile canaliculi, fibroblasts , with especially high expression on the brush border of kidney and gut epithelial cells. |
