ME2 antibody detects ME2 protein by western blot analysis. Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 7.5% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with ME2 antibody diluted at a dilution of 1:1000.

ME2 antibody detects ME2 protein at cytoplasm in mouse muscle by immunohistochemical analysis.
Sample: Paraffin-embedded mouse muscle.
ME2 antibody diluted at 1:500.

Immunoprecipitation of ME2 protein from THP-1 whole cell extracts using 5 ug of ME2 antibody .
Western blot analysis was performed using ME2 antibody .
EasyBlot anti-Rabbit IgG was used as a secondary reagent.
