Various tissue extracts (50 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with EB3 antibody diluted at 1:3000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human lung cancer, using EB3 antibody at 1:500 dilution.
