Product Info
Predicted Species ReactivityHuman, Mouse, Rat, Cow, Dog, Guinea Pig, Horse
Product FormatLiquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer.
ClonalityPolyclonal
HostRabbit
ConjugationBiotin
ApplicationWB
Reconstitution and StorageAll conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
ImmunogenThe immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human LEF1
Predicted Homology Based on Immunogen SequenceCow: 92%; Dog: 92%; Guinea Pig: 85%; Horse: 100%; Human: 100%; Mouse: 85%; Rat: 92%

Gene SymbolLEF1
Gene Full NameLymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1
Alias SymbolsLEF-1, TCF10, TCF7L3, TCF1ALPHA
NCBI Gene Id51176
Protein NameLymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1
Description of TargetLymphoid enhancer-binding factor-1 (LEF1) is a 48-kD nuclear protein that is expressed in pre-B and T cells. It binds to a functionally important site in the T-cell receptor-alpha (TCRA) enhancer and confers maximal enhancer activity. LEF1 belongs to a family of regulatory proteins that share homology with high mobility group protein-1 (HMG1). Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor-1 (LEF1) is a 48-kD nuclear protein that is expressed in pre-B and T cells. It binds to a functionally important site in the T-cell receptor-alpha (TCRA; MIM 186880) enhancer and confers maximal enhancer activity. LEF1 belongs to a family of regulatory proteins that share homology with high mobility group protein-1 (HMG1; MIM 163905).[supplied by OMIM].
