---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human|Mouse|Rat |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Application | Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay|Immunofluorescence|Immunohistochemistry|Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin|Western blot |
Reconstitution and Storage | -20°C |
Immunogen | The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human IP3R1 around the phosphorylation site of Ser1764. |
Purification | The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation. |
Specificity | IP3R1 (Phospho-Ser1764) antibody detects endogenous levels of IP3R1 only when phosphorylated at serine 1764. |
Formulation | Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. |
Dilution | The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user. |
Application Info | IHC: 1:50~1:100; ELISA: 1:5000 |

NCBI Gene Id | 3708 |
Protein Name | Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor type 1 |
Description of Target | Intracellular channel that mediates calcium release from the endoplasmic reticulum following stimulation by inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (PubMed:27108797). Involved in the regulation of epithelial secretion of electrolytes and fluid through the interaction with AHCYL1 (By similarity). Plays a role in ER stress-induced apoptosis. Cytoplasmic calcium released from the ER triggers apoptosis by the activation of CaM kinase II, eventually leading to the activation of downstream apoptosis pathways (By similarity). |
