Frozen newborn mouse cartilage section was stained with Mouse IgG1-UNLB isotype control and Mouse Anti-Type II Collagen-UNLB (right) followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-FITC and DAPI.

Human peripheral blood lymphocytes were stained with Mouse Anti-Human CD3-UNLB followed by Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-FITC.

FLISA plate was coated with purified mouse IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3, IgM, and IgA. Immunoglobulins were detected with serially diluted Goat Anti-Mouse IgG1, Human ads-FITC.

Amount Used: 0.1 ug/106 cells Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells were labeled with either mouse anti-human CD3 (IgG1) (A), anti-human CD5 (IgG2a) (B), anti-human CD22 (IgG2b) (C), anti-human IgD (IgG3) (D) or anti-human CD57 (IgM) (E). After washing, the cells were then stained with goat anti-mouse IgG1-R-PE, following which lymphocytes were gated and analyzed by flow cytometry.
