Datasheets/Manuals:
Printable datasheet for anti-DTX1 antibody - OAEB00761
Purity:
Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Application Info:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 48kDa band in Mouse Fetal Brain lysates and in lysates of NIH3T3 after 1ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 67.4kDa according to Human NP_004407.2 and of 68.2kDa according to Mouse NP_032078.2. The 48kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
