HostRabbit
ConjugationBiotin
ApplicationWB
Reconstitution and StorageAll conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
ImmunogenThe immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the C terminal region of human FOXN4

Description of TargetMembers of the winged-helix/forkhead family of transcription factors, such as FOXN4, are characterized by a 110-amino acid DNA-binding domain that can fold into a variant of the helix-turn-helix motif consisting of 3 alpha helices flanked by 2 large loops or wings. These transcription factors are involved in a variety of biologic processes as key regulators in development and metabolism.Members of the winged-helix/forkhead family of transcription factors, such as FOXN4, are characterized by a 110-amino acid DNA-binding domain that can fold into a variant of the helix-turn-helix motif consisting of 3 alpha helices flanked by 2 large loops or wings.
