  Product Introduction: DLST catalyzes the general transformation of 2-oxoglutarate to succinyl-CoA and CO(2). DLST holds multiple copies of 3 enzymatic components: 2-oxoglutarate dehydrogenase (E1), dihydrolipoamide succinyltransferase (E2) and lipoamide dehydrogenase (E3).
  Product Description: DLST is a Full-length cDNA coding for the mature form of the human OGDC-E2 protein having a molecular mass of 42,301 Dalton (pH 6.3).DLST protein is fused to a hexa-histidine purification tag.
