DHX30 Antibody - N-terminal region : HRP (ARP36525_P050-HRP)
Datasheets/Manuals | Printable datasheet for anti-DHX30 (ARP36525_P050-HRP) antibody |
---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human, Mouse, Cow, Dog, Pig, Rabbit |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid. Purified antibody is supplied in high phosphate PBS, 100 mm phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.6. |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Conjugation | HRP: Horseradish Peroxidase |
Application | IHC, WB |
Reconstitution and Storage | All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding. |
Immunogen | The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the N terminal region of human DHX30 |
Purification | Affinity Purified |
Predicted Homology Based on Immunogen Sequence | Cow: 93%; Dog: 93%; Human: 100%; Mouse: 93%; Pig: 93%; Rabbit: 93% |

Protein Name | Putative ATP-dependent RNA helicase DHX30 |
Description of Target | DEAD box proteins, characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp (DEAD), are putative RNA helicases. They are implicated in a number of cellular processes involving alteration of RNA secondary structure such as translation initiation, nuclear and mitochondrial splicing, and ribosome and spliceosome assembly. Based on their distribution patterns, some members of this DEAD box protein family are believed to be involved in embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth and division. DHX30 is a member of this family.DEAD box proteins, characterized by the conserved motif Asp-Glu-Ala-Asp (DEAD), are putative RNA helicases. Based on their distribution patterns, some members of this DEAD box protein family are believed to be involved in embryogenesis, spermatogenesis, and cellular growth and division. This gene encodes a member of this family. The encoded protein has 97% sequence identity with the mouse HELG protein. Alternative splicing of this gene generates 3 transcript variants. |
