---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human|Mouse|Rat |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Application | Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay|Immunofluorescence|Immunohistochemistry|Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin|Western blot |

Immunogen | The antiserum was produced against synthesized peptide derived from human DDR1 around the phosphorylation site of Tyr513. |
Purification | The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide. |
Specificity | DDR1 (Phospho-Tyr513) antibody detects endogenous levels of DDR1 only when phosphorylated at tyrosine 513. |
Formulation | Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. |
Dilution | The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user. |
Application Info | WB: 1:500~1:1000; IHC: 1:50~1:100; ELISA: 1:10000 |

NCBI Gene Id | 780 |
Protein Name | Epithelial discoidin domain-containing receptor 1 |
Description of Target | Tyrosine kinase that functions as cell surface receptor for fibrillar collagen and regulates cell attachment to the extracellular matrix, remodeling of the extracellular matrix, cell migration, differentiation, survival and cell proliferation. Collagen binding triggers a signaling pathway that involves SRC and leads to the activation of MAP kinases. Regulates remodeling of the extracellular matrix by up-regulation of the matrix metalloproteinases MMP2, MMP7 and MMP9, and thereby facilitates cell migration and wound healing. Required for normal blastocyst implantation during pregnancy, for normal mammary gland differentiation and normal lactation. Required for normal ear morphology and normal hearing (By similarity). Promotes smooth muscle cell migration, and thereby contributes to arterial wound healing. Also plays a role in tumor cell invasion. Phosphorylates PTPN11. |
