Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
Application Info:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.
Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 60kDa band in human spleen, lung and placenta lysates after 0.3ug/ml antibody staining. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the calculated size of 29.2kDa according to NP_067021.1 and 29.1kDa according to NP_872580.1. The 60kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide.
