Western Blot: Approx 60kDa band observed in mouse heart lysates (calculated MW of 71.1kDa according to mouse NP_075909.1 and 60.0kDa according to human NP_112729.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5ug/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 26kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunising peptide. |
