5. Secondary antibody and dilution: Anti Rabbit 488, 1:250, 1 hour RT.

6. Stain/counterstain:

Acetylated tubulin - Red

7. Protocol:
- Wash with PBS
- Permeabilize using Triton
- Blocking using 2%BSA overnight
- Wash with PBS
