::Product Type: Anti Human Recombinant.
::Biological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard determined by the apoptosis assay of Raji cell in vitro.
::Product Introduction: CD20 is a member of the membrane-spanning 4A gene family. Members of this nascent protein family are characterized by common structural features and similar intron/exon splice boundaries and display unique expression patterns among hematopoietic cells and nonlymphoid tissues. CD20 plays a role in the development and differentiation of B-cells into plasma cells. CD20 is localized to 11q12, among a cluster of family members. Alternative splicing of this gene results in two transcript variants which encode the same protein.
Product Description: Recombinant Anti Human CD20 monoclonal Antibody produced in CHO is a glycosylated polypeptide chain having a molecular mass of 80 kDa.CD-20 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Reconstitution and StorageLyophilized CD-20 Receptor although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18C. Upon reconstitution CD-20 Receptor should be stored at 4C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0. 1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
