Application InfoThis antibody preparation has been pre-titrated and quality-tested for flow cytometry using an appropriate cell type. The antibody has been diluted for use at 5 uL per test, defined as the amount of antibody that will stain a cell sample in a final volume of approximately 100 uL. The number of cells within a sample should be determined empirically, but typically ranges between 1x10e5 to 1x10e8 cells.

Gene SymbolCD19
Gene Full NameCD19 molecule
Alias SymbolsB4, CVID3
NCBI Gene Id930
Protein NameB-lymphocyte antigen CD19
Description of TargetLymphocytes proliferate and differentiate in response to various concentrations of different antigens. The ability of the B cell to respond in a specific, yet sensitive manner to the various antigens is achieved with the use of low-affinity antigen receptors. This gene encodes a cell surface molecule which assembles with the antigen receptor of B lymphocytes in order to decrease the threshold for antigen receptor-dependent stimulation.
Uniprot IDP15391
Protein Accession #NP_001171569.1
Nucleotide Accession #NM_001178098.1
