WB: The cell lysate derived from Jurkat was immunoblotted by the Rabbit anti CD146 (Cat#OAAI00040) @ 1:500. An immunoreactive band around 100 kDa was observed.

IHC: Human Angioscarcoma tissue stained with Rabbit anti-CD146 (Cat#OAAI00040) at 1:50 for 30 min, RT. (Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue section in 10 mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0 for 10 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min.

CD146 has a molecular size of 130 kDa in its reduced form (118 kDa unreduced), and N linked glycosylation accounts for fifty percent of the apparent molecular weight. In some cells the molecule carries a sulfate 3 glucuronyl moiety.
