Application Info:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000.
Western Blot: Approx 55kDa band observed in Human Lung, Lymph Node and Tonsil lysates (calculated MW of 40.1kDa according to NP_000582.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Funda et al, Infect Immun. 2001 Jun;69(6):3772-81; PMID: 11349042). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml.
Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Spleen shows strong clustered staining in some splenocytes. Recommended concentration, 4-6ug/ml.
