The anti-CAMK2 gamma C-term Pab (Cat. # OAAB16985) is used in Western blot to detect CAMK2 gamma in mouse heart tissue lysate.

Western blot analysis of anti-CAMK2 delta-like Antibody (C-term) (Cat.# OAAB16985) in Jurkat cell line lysates (35ug/lane). CAMK2G (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab.

CAMK2G is strongly supported by BioGPS gene expression data to be expressed in Jurkat

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue reacted with the primary antibody, which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.
