  Product Introduction: ARL2 is a member of the ADP-ribosylation factor (ARF) family. ARL2 functions as a component of a secretory pathway which is involved in the Ca2-dependent release of acetylcholine. ARL2 has a role in the folding of tubule proteins, thus playing a significant role in microtubule dynamics and cell cycle progression. Unlike other members of the ARF family, ARL2 doesn .t act as an activator of the catalytic subunit of cholera toxin.
  Product Description: ARL2 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 204 amino acids (1-184 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 23kDa. The ARL2 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
• Reconstitution and Storage: ARL2 should be stored desiccated below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
• Formulation: The ARL2 solution (0.25 mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH8.0), 0.1mM PMSF, 1mM DTT and 40% Glycerol.
