Non-transfected (–) and transfected (+) HeLa whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with APE1 antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Mouse tissue extract (50 ug) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with APE1 antibody diluted at 1:1000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

Various whole cell extracts (30 ug) were separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with APE1 antibody diluted at 1:5000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.

APE1 antibody detects APEX1 protein by western blot analysis.

Cross-linked ChIP was performed with 293T chromatin extract treated with Trichostatin A (0.4 uM for 18 h) and 5 ug of either control rabbit IgG or anti-APE1 antibody. The precipitated DNA was detected by PCR with primer set targeting to MDR1 promoter.
