:: | Product Introduction: Part of the AP-3 complex, an adapter-related complex which is not clathrin-associated. The complex is associated with the Golgi region as well as more peripheral structures. It facilitates the budding of vesicles from the Golgi membrane and may be directly involved in trafficking to lysosomes. Product Description: Assembly Protein Complex 3 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing amino acids (1-193) and having a total molecular mass of 22.2 kDa. AP3S2 contains T7 tag at N-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques. |
Reconstitution and Storage | AP3S2 although stable at 4C for 1 week, should be stored desiccated below -18C. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0. 1% HSA or BSA). Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles. |
Purity | Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE. |
