ADRB2 Antibody - middle region : Biotin (AVARP00006_P050-Biotin)
Datasheets/Manuals | Printable datasheet for anti-ADRB2 (AVARP00006_P050-Biotin) antibody |
---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid. Purified antibody supplied in 1x PBS buffer. |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Host | Rabbit |
Conjugation | Biotin |
Application | WB |
Reconstitution and Storage | All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil). Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding. |
Immunogen | The immunogen is a synthetic peptide directed towards the middle region of human ADRB2 |
Predicted Homology Based on Immunogen Sequence | Human: 100% |
Peptide Sequence | Synthetic peptide located within the following region: TGEQSGYHVEQEKENKLLCEDLPGTEDFVGHQGTVPSDNIDSQGRNCSTN |
Concentration | 0.5 mg/ml |
Blocking Peptide | For anti-ADRB2 (AVARP00006_P050-Biotin) antibody is Catalog # AAP30422 (Previous Catalog # AAPP01005) |

Protein Name | Beta-2 adrenergic receptor |
Description of Target | This protein is beta-2-adrenergic receptor which is a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily. This receptor is directly associated with one of its ultimate effectors, the class C L-type calcium channel Ca(V)1.2. This receptor-channel complex also contains a G protein, an adenylyl cyclase, cAMP-dependent kinase, and the counterbalancing phosphatase, PP2A. The assembly of the signaling complex provides a mechanism that ensures specific and rapid signaling by this G protein-coupled receptor.
