Western blot analysis of SPAG9 (arrow) using rabbit polyclonal SPAG9 Antibody (Center) either nontransfected (Lane 1) or lysates transiently transfected transfected with the SPAG9 gene (Lane 2) (Origene Technologies).

Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human testis tissue reacted with SPAG9 antibody (Center), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
