DNA repair refers to a collection of processes by which cells identify and correct damaged DNA. Lesions resulting from DNA damage may cause structural changes that can prevent gene transcription and induce harmful mutations in the cells genome. Accumulated large amount of DNA damage can lead to the formation of a malignant tumor. We have made about 100 antibodies against proteins involved in DNA damage and repair.
