- Immunohistochemistry (IHC), immunofluorescence (IF), in-situ hybridization (ISH) and fluorescence in-situ hybridization (FISH). 10 um tissue sections are recommended for ISH applications to avoid false negative results. 10 um single tissue slides are available upon request. This product has not been evaluated for effectiveness in ISH or FISH applications. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user.)

- Preparation: Tissue slides contain 5 um sections of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissues (up to 1 cm x 1 cm) affixed to positively charged glass slides. The same type of tissues from 3 different species (Human, Mouse, and Rat) are arrayed on slides from left to right. Tissue diagnosis was performed by certified pathologists.
