:: | Product Type: Mouse Anti Human Monoclonal. |
:: | Product Introduction: NKp30 is a natural cytotoxicity receptor (NCR) that may assist NK cells in the lysis of tumor cells. NKp30 interacts with CD3-zeta (CD247), a T-cell receptor. A single nucleotide polymorphism in the 5'' untranslated region of the NKp30 gene has been linked to mild malaria susceptibility. |
Reconstitution and Storage | For periods up to 1 month store at 4C, for longer periods of time, store at -20C. Prevent freeze thaw cycles. Stability: 12 months at -20C. 1 month at 4C. |
Immunogen | The immunogen for anti-NKp30 antibody: anti-human NKp30 mAb, is derived from hybridization of mouse P3-X63-Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c immunized with recombinant human NKp30 amino acids 19-138 purified from E. coli. |
Purity | NKp30 antibody was purified from mouse ascitic fluids by protein-G affinity chromatography. |
Application Info | NKp30 antibody has been tested by ELISA and Western blot analysis to assure specificity and reactivity. Since application varies, however, each investigation should be titrated by the reagent to obtain optimal results. Recommended dilution range for Western blot analysis is 1:500 ~ 2,000. Recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000. |
