ELISA Kit Principle | Aviva Systems Biology IL22RA1 ELISA Kit (Human) (OKCD00444) is based on standard sandwich enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay technology. An antibody specific for IL22RA1 has been pre-coated onto a 96-wellplate (12 x 8 Well Strips). Standards or test samples are added to the wells, incubated and removed. A biotinylated detector antibody specific for IL22RA1 is added, incubated and followed by washing. Avidin-Peroxidase Conjugate is then added, incubated and unbound conjugate is washed away. An enzymatic reaction is produced through the addition of TMB substrate which is catalyzed by HRP generating a blue color product that changes to yellow after adding acidic stop solution. The density of yellow coloration is read by absorbance at 450 nm and is quantitatively proportional to the amount of sample IL22RA1captured in well.

ELISA Kit Reproducibility | Intra-assay Precision: 3 samples with known low, middle and high level IL22RA1 were tested with 20 replicates across one plate. Inter-assay Precision: 3 samples with known low, middle and high level IL22RA1 were tested on three different plates with 8 replicates, respectively. Intra-Assay CV: <10% Inter-Assay CV: <12%

Description of Target | Component of the receptor for IL20, IL22 and IL24. Component of IL22 receptor formed by IL22RA1 and IL10RB enabling IL22 signaling via JAK/STAT pathways. IL22 also induces activation of MAPK1/MAPK3 and Akt kinases pathways. Component of one of the receptor for IL20 and IL24 formed by IL22RA1 and IL20RB also signaling through STATs activation. Mediates IL24 antiangiogenic activity as well as IL24 inhibitory effect on endothelial cell tube formation and differentiation.6 Publications <p>Manually curated information for which there is published experimental evidence.</p> <p><a href="/manual/evidences#ECO:0000269">More…</a></p> Manual assertion based on experiment iniRef.6"Identification of the functional interleukin-22 (IL-22) receptor complex: the IL-10R2 chain (IL-10Rbeta) is a common chain of both the IL-10 and IL-22 (IL-10-related T cell-derived inducible factor, IL-TIF) receptor complexes."
