ETEA antibody [C3], C-term detects FAF2 protein at endoplasmic reticulum by immunofluorescent analysis.
Sample: HeLa cells were fixed in 4% paraformaldehyde at RT for 15 min.
Green: FAF2 protein stained by ETEA antibody [C3], C-term (OAGA00625) diluted at 1:500.
Blue: Hoechst 33343 staining.

Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user.
• Storage Buffer: 0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 10% Glycerol (pH7). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative.
