Datasheets/Manuals | Printable datasheet for anti-DYNC1I2 antibody - OAGA00967 |
---|
Predicted Species Reactivity | Human |
---|---|
Product Format | Liquid |
Clonality | Polyclonal |
Isotype | IgG |
Host | Rabbit |
Application | ICC, IF, IHC, WB |
Additional Information | Background: Acts as one of several non-catalytic accessory components of the cytoplasmic dynein 1 complex that are thought to be involved in linking dynein to cargos and to adapter proteins that regulate dynein function. Cytoplasmic dynein 1 acts as a motor for the intracellular retrograde motility of vesicles and organelles along microtubules. The intermediate chains mediate the binding of dynein to dynactin via its 150 kDa component (p150-glued) DCNT1. Involved in membrane-transport, such as Golgi apparatus, late endosomes and lysosomes. |
:: | Positive Controls: HeLa |
Reconstitution and Storage | Keep as concentrated solution. Aliquot and store at -20C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. |
Immunogen | Recombinant protein fragment contain a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 129 and 366 (Q13409) of DYNC1I2 |
Purification | Purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. |
Concentration | 0.3 mg/ml |
Application Info | Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB: 1:500-1:3000, ICC/IF: 1:100-1:1000. Not yet tested in other applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the end user. |
Storage Buffer | 0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 10% Glycerol (pH7). 0.01% Thimerosal was added as a preservative. |
