ADAM30 is a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. Members of this family are membrane-anchored proteins structurally related to snake venom disintegrins, and have been implicated in a variety of biological processes involving cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. ADAM30 gene is testis-specific and contains a polymorphic region, resulting in isoforms with varying numbers of C-terminal repeats.This gene encodes a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. Antigen Specificity:  Polyclonal antibody produced in rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide corresponding to a region of Human ADAM30 with an internal ID of P29244  Reconstitution and Storage:  Antibody is lyophilized from PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 100 μl of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/ml. For longer periods of storage, store at -20°C.
